Navigation and Search Improvements Enhance Purchasing

New features on fishersci.com now allow you to find what you need faster, streamline your purchasing experience and save money.

From searching for products to locating customer service contact information, the improved navigation structure puts the information you use most front and center. 

• Look for an enlarged search box in the upper right-hand corner of every page, giving you the ability to fully visualize longer search terms.
• Take note of contact numbers for Customer Service and Website Support now displayed at the top left of every page — specific to the store you are browsing: Fisher Scientific, FisherSafety, Fisher HealthCare and Fisher Science Education.
• After logging in, use the My Account dropdown menu to quickly access your profile, hotlists, templates, quotes, order status or administrator and account management options.
• Search for one of the following product certificates by using the Product Certificates link located beneath the search box: analysis, compliance, sterility, validation.
• Review groups of products by using browse by product, supplier and application options — now located in the left-hand column.

Use the new Quick View option to add a product directly to your cart or hotlists from the search page.

Identify cost-saving and alternative product options quickly using the product search.  An equivalent item that offers cost savings is noted in green and features the SmartSpend icon. Other equivalent product matches are noted in blue.
